Before Wijayakusuma III.04.06.01 degree Hospital Purwokerto, is named Brigade Sunan Gunung Jati Hospital, is a dutch hospital which is hand overed. To division II Sunan Gunung Jati, now is Banyumas Public Hospital north pant. After some change of names then in the 1985 the name is decided to Wijayakusuma III.04.06.01 degree hospital until now. Hospital other as health service plases, also as disease infection plases. The one’s importance is patient treatment word. As together plaaaace of sick peoples, treatment word have biger chance occure nosokomial infection. Nosokomial Infection. Nosokomial Infection can occure with life object and unlife object mediators.
This research purpose is to know germ contents. On various treatment word in Wijayakusuma III.04.06.01 degree Hospital Purwokerto. This research using description methode, with descripting about research object based on the fact.
Based on inspectiton result, germs content on floor in the various treatment ward is: 21 in man surgical ward, 4015 in prime class, in 1468 in womwn internal disease ward, and 427 in child ward.
The conclusion of this research is germs content of floor in Wijayakusuma III.04.06.01 degree Hospital Purwokerto exceeding from standart value based on termination of Dirjen P2M and PLP No HK.00.06.6.44 about environmental health rules of room and building as well as hospital sanitation facility. The standart for treatment room is 5-10 germs/ cm2. The suggest is to monitore in order to germs value of floor still in behind of standart, with doing germs value inspection by arrange time maximallyonce in 3 months.
